topic OV3.0 set interface maximum speed in HPE OneView

I thought in VCM you could set the maximum speed for a network interface in the profile. THis would then be past to the operating system as the link speed. Is this possible using OneView? We have a mixed environment of VC 10G and 20/40. I'd the link speeds to be consistent with clusters hosts.
