      <title>Remote Support - Unexpected Error</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have 2 OneView appliances, both on 3.10.07. (Both linked to our Global Dashboard 1.2).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue we are having is with both appliances, and the issue also occured when they were both version 3.10.04.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I go to "Remote Support", and then click "Edit", I get a blank page with "An unexpected error occured. An unexpected error occured. Please contact your authorized support representative and provide them with a support dump."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have no idea our authorised support rep is, and our sales rep was none the wiser!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was advised to raise this through the normal HPE case process, but I am unsure on how to get the aplliances serial numbers (if they even have one), to submit a case.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have 3 other issues related to OneView, however I want to try and raise them through the correct contacts instead of spamming the forum.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help is much appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Harry&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
