unable to add Oneview controller in OV4VC

we have deploye oneview version 3.10 & OV4VC 9.0, when we try to add oneview controller in OV4VC from Vcenter , we have authentication error with "OneView Credentials are invalid"

while Signed certifcate is installed in Vcetner and Oneview.

does dns reverse resolution works ?
aka OV4VC works with IP name instead IP address

YEs, dns reverse resolution works. for both Oneview and OV4VC

OV4VC works with Host name if IP Name = Host name,

so may be a firewall issue between OV4VC and storage ? or agent is running on storage

issue not with storage.

issue with adding oneview in OV4VC from Vcetner.

both Oneview and OV4VC on same subnet

1. Try testing the password. Is that working or failing?

2. Is there any CA certificate change done or are you the self-signed certificate from OV4VC? if you changed the certificate, did u restart the OV4VC appliance?

3. Is this happening with every instance of OV or only with one specific instance of OV? Ignore if you have only OV in your env.

Yes certificate changed on both OV & OV4VC.

CA signed certificate used on both appliances.
