Dear all

I am using Oneview 4.10 and 3par (3.3.1 MU2). 3par array has been added to Oneview as managed devicie, Storage pools were discovered and managed. However, status of 3par array show in Oneview is not correct as what it shows in SSMC.

In SSMC it is degraded due to some hw issue

In Oneview: it is GREEN.

Please advise me how to fix this,

Thank you
