      <description>&lt;P&gt;This could be a known issue. The P-HA APIs are only available to Admin users. Try logging in to vSphere as Adinistrator and try again. This will be fixed in a future release. Note: P-HA does not require the cluster to be imported into OneView. It does not rely on OneView cluster managment features.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
