Will you please provide the complete model details (part number) of C7500.

If its with reference to HPE BladeSystem c7000 Enclosure switches (non-virtual connect modules), these switches are managed directly by login to switch console.

However in case of virtual connect modules, first you have to create VLAN in upstream switch and later create VLAN in OneView.

Creating a VLAN within OneView does not typically also create one on the upstream switch side. Depending on your CS700 configuration, you may have to manually configure the switch. That said, there is a Solution Installation Guide document that the CS700 installer should have left you with. It contains all the device addresses and default credentials. If you are unable to locate that, you could look at the Interconnect uplink ports for the LLDP neighbor information. It will show what the device's management IP address is.

You navigate to Interconnects, select the interconnect you want from the inventory, go to the Uplink Ports sub-view, expand one of the uplink ports configured to the Uplink Set, then Remote Connection. This is documented in our online help here.
