You link doesn't even go to the topic you had listed there and the fact that one links to VM documentation means you didn't even read the question. Also if your just redirecting me to the online help that comes with the product I read it and it wasn't very helpful.

My company is looking at automatically generating tickets from oneview alerts which I am fine with except for networking alerts. Everytime a computer is rebooted network alerts come in and I want those ignored but the ones not triggered by a reboot to page out. I was wondering if there is a way to have oneview page out if the alarm is in longer than 15 minutes for network. Figure I am going to end up setting up some sort of logic where it waits a few for the status good to come back in at the email end but easier if I never get the reboot network warning to begin with.

Edit

Running OneVew 6.2 and DL380s if that matters

I'm not sure I follow what you are asking about. Are you asking to suppress a specific type of alert, or all alerts while a server is rebooting? If so, that is why we have Maintenance Mode for server hardware. Putting a server into that mode will suppress alerts for that server (or more if you multi-select). Do know that this does not integrate into other products, for instance VMware vSphere. They are mutually exclusive features.

If not, please provide more detail on what you are trying to accomplish.

On a HP DL380 it outputs "The overall status of the system network is in the error state" as a warning which makes sense as imagine a reboot creates at least some sort of layer 2 or above problem at least. That warning specifically want a delay before page so it waits to see if it comes back ok. Otherwise we will autogenerate a ticket everytime we reboot a server. If I wanted to monitor reboots I would simply monitor "Server reset detected" message. This is a standard physical server.
