Monitoring Dell server using Oneview 4.0

I'm currently planning to run a trial copy of OneView 4.0 and would like to know if it's possible to monitor Dell server hardware with HP One View 4.0 ? I have done it with HPE SIM by loading the Dell MIBs but can't find any information on doing this with OneView 4.0 . Thanks for all the help.

Hi,

Unlike HP SIM it is not possible to import MIB files in OneView so it is not possible to monitor Dell servers...

@Bart_Heungensis correct. HPE OneView is not a general purpose SNMP monitoring or management tool, and cannot compile 3rd party MIBs into it like HPSIM could do.

The last update was that Oneview will not support third party MIBS, just to be sure that has not changed ?
