Hi Everyone,

I'm new to managing servers on OneView, just want to confirm one thing. If a server is already added to HPE Oneview, do you still need to confirm AlertMail on the ILO on individual servers to get alerts for like FAN failers or memory failures in email notification?

If you want to receive (email) notifications from OV, for any alerts generated by the hardware or OV, go to Settings -> Notifications and edit the Email settings. You can define the sending email address, the recipeients, and filters for the types of alerts you'd like to receive. Refer to the help for info on the types of filters and setting up advanced filters.
