HPE OneView was never designed to handle volitile connectivity between the appliance and the iLO/BMC. The refresh happens every 20 minutes, unless an SNMP trap or Redfish event is sent/delivered to the appliance. So, you either need to localize the appliance to that remote site (which isn't ideal if there are only a handfull of (or less) servers there. The 20 minute refresh interval cannot be changed.

We have an issue with auto refresh. Some of the servers have unstable network connectivity and OneView loose the connection with them for a few minutes. But they stuck in unavailable status in OneView for hours and usually we have to refresh them manually.

Oneview says:

Network connectivity has been lost for server hardware iLO...

Check and restore network connectivity to the management processor at the port specified in OneView global settings. Refresh the server

With what time interval should Oneview refresh the unavailable servers? How can we modify it or troubleshoot that doesn't happen?

Thanks
