(CDS_031)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="margin: 10px 0px 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; font-size: 19px; vertical-align: baseline; background: transparent; display: inline;"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="margin: 10px 0px 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; font-size: 19px; vertical-align: baseline; background: transparent; display: inline;"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="margin: 10px 0px 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; font-size: 19px; vertical-align: baseline; background: transparent; display: inline;"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This results in no updatecontent is downloaded.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="margin: 10px 0px 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; font-size: 19px; vertical-align: baseline; background: transparent; display: inline;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="margin: 10px 0px 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; font-size: 19px; vertical-align: baseline; background: transparent; display: inline;"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Also the appliance shows a "not connected to HPE" in the section "Remote Support".       <description>We just re-released 8.60, with an 8.60.01 version. It addresses the OneView Remote Support connectivity issue. Please update to that release, which you can go to from 8.60.00.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.hpe.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1934573"&gt;@DanCernese&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;stated, please open a support case and provide the exact details.&amp;nbsp; I would do this after you verify if there are no networking issues between your appliance and the available Internet connection.&amp;nbsp; This would include validating any HTTP/HTTPS Proxy and/or Firewall rules that allow HTTPS (443/TCP) outbound to the documented FQDNs (documentation &lt;A href="https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=sd00003169en_us&amp;amp;page=GUID-3D23BCCF-5A00-46EB-AA0C-4EF83EF173F9.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From my experience, CDS_031 is typically due to connectivity issues preventing the appliance from connecting to the Software Depot backend, usually a Web Proxy configuration needed or incorrectly set.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
