      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm running one Oneview Appliance Version 7.10.00-0464465 and when I try to get updates for SPP, i got following error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Connect to HPE software depot.&lt;BR /&gt;No new updates available.&lt;BR /&gt;Remove updates no longer supported or applicable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unable to remove the following updates: Service Pack for ProLiant 2020.03.2, Gen9 Service Pack for ProLiant GEN9.2021.10.0, Service Pack for ProLiant 2020.09.2, Gen10 Service Pack for ProLiant 2021.10.0. (CDS_037)&lt;BR /&gt;Resolution&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Visit the listed resources and examine the task results and follow the resolution steps listed there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check for updates&lt;BR /&gt;8/2/22 5:37:40 pm&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unable to remove the following updates: Service Pack for ProLiant 2020.03.2, Service Pack for ProLiant 2020.09.2.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm guessing you tried more than once?&amp;nbsp; If not, run it manually to see if that cleans it up.&amp;nbsp; But wait, is that last error message showing from March 21st?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Run into the same error on our old version of oneview 6.6 tryinf to remove an old SPP&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Issue Unable to remove the following updates: Gen10 Service Pack for ProLiant 2023.03.00.00. (CDS_037)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Resolution&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Visit the listed resources and examine the task results and follow the resolution steps listed there."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;No idea where this is located as there is no matching FIrmware Bundle listed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
