Oneview cert error (invalid cert chain) adding vmca appliance to Hypervisor Managers.

So adding my vmca appliance (VSphere to the hypervisor manager is failing with a "the specified certificate chain is invalid" error. The odd thing is that the cert chain appears valid and is accepted by clients (like chrome from windows or linux machines). I tried manually adding the certs to the onevew cert store in settings and they loaded (machine, intermediate and root) ok but still when I try to add the appliance I get that error.

Hi Dave Kuhn ,

There might be multiple reasons for which this error might occur please do have a check on the following before importing certicate:

Ensure Common Name(CN) isuued in vmca matches the appliance hostname that you are using in OneView
Ensure that certificate chail uploaded to OneView has appliance certificate,intermidiate certificate and root certificate

If still any problems persists please do raise a support ticket with HPE.
