      <description>&lt;P&gt;For Hp 3500 yl(J8693A) switch with K.15.14.00 using Of 1.3 version(attachment switch_of_config.png ), &amp;nbsp;when I send a flow mod message from the controller as shown in the attachment flow_mod.jpg, I receive the "OFPFMFC_EPERM" error message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried many versions of this flow mod by changing table id, priority, out group, outport, inport, buffer id and instructions. But still receiving this error.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
