    <description>&lt;P&gt;The Online Configurator is located here:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://techlibrary.hpe.com/us/en/networking/products/configurator/index.aspx#.XimynTaB671" target="_blank"&gt;https://techlibrary.hpe.com/us/en/networking/products/configurator/index.aspx#.XimynTaB671&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FYI:&amp;nbsp; You have to open it in IE since Firefox no longer supports the plugin that they reference on that page&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you add a product to the list and try to save or export it, if you try to go back in and save it again to the same location (any location even the desktop) it shows in the save/export dialog box as there, but if you open a file explorer window and nagivate to the exact same path (even the desktop) it will not show - it's not hidden, it's just not there!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This happened on several office computers with multiple users.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Found a work around:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you export it and then open the export dialogue box again and right click on the file, then click Open, it will open in an excel document that you can then save again and it will then show up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
