Byte counter doesn't increment

Hi all.

In the Openflow flow-statistics, we can see the packet counter increasing but the byte counter stays at zero. It doens't increase as packets are sent and received by the switch.

Can you help us figuring out the cause of this?

Could you please provide the below details-

1.Controller version and Switch details

2.How are you adding the flows, by REST API or by some code? Please share the same.

3.Firmware version for the switch.

4.Screen shots for the Flow i.e. Flow response.
