Can't open the https://host:8443/sdn/ui/ and https://host:8443/api

I did netstat -atupvn and found missing service on port 8443. I can't open the two pages use chrome.What can I do?

Thanks for your query.

After controller is successfully installed ,you can check the status of sdnc service as below

sudo service sdnc status

To view the SDN Controller UI and REST API pages this service must be running.

If some problem is there you stop the services –

sudo service sdnc stop

and then start again

sudo service sdnc start

If you still face the problem ,please share the screen shots for the UI and API pages.

Good day,

I am not able to access the controller UI,
When I enter the https://controller_ip_address:8443/sdn/ui/ (where the IP address is the address of server, where I have installed controller), I am not able to access it.

I have verified and all the services are running, like Keystone, sdna and sdnc

I get the error as Unable to connect. Using Firefox browser in the server.
