Hi,

I have successfully installed HP Net Protector and the respective linceses. Then I had to uninstall the App. In the guide it is mentioned to deactiavate the Net Protector license before uninstall the App. So I deactivate the license and uninstalled the App.

The I have re-installed the App to the same SDN controller (same install ID). Now I cannot activate or add any new license. It says "Error: License already exists and inactive. The same license can't be enabled again".

Please assist.

Thanks.

Yohan

The whole reason for me to try uninstall and try to reinstall is below:

App was perfectly working. Then I had to replace the 2920 edge switches. After that switches were not registered.

restarted cassandra, npwebserver, sentunneld, sdn controller. disable/enable NetProtector, Restarted the ubuntu server.

So I found there was no SNMP entry. So tryied to re-add the SNMPv3 entry. Now it says "Error: Too many SNMP configurations"

Managed to resolve the issue.

Re-installed the SDN Controller and all the APPs.

TRansfered the licenses to the new platform.
