HP Network Optimizer 1.3.11 - Server Error – 404: Not Found

Dear community,

I have just upgraded the HP VAN SDN Controller to version 2.5.15.

Since Network Optimizer is 1.2.6 is not compatible with this controller version I have afterwards upgraded it to V1.3.11.

Now, when I access the Network Optimizer tab in the web interface I receive multiple "Server Error – 404: Not Found".

One example of the dashboard:

Type: error

Any idea how to troubleshoot / resolve this issue?

Dear community,

I was able to resolve the issue myself. As it turns out, the Network Optimizer app under the VAN SDN Controller 2.5.15 seems to have issues when using Firefox to access the GUI.

The errors I described do not appear with either Chrome or Internet Explorer.

If I find any log entries related to this issue, I will post them here.
