Hi all ,

I am encountering a small issue with the radius function. A few months ago there was an issue where users could login to the switch using local accounts . When they tried to login with their domain accounts they couldnt get elevated privileges.

Now users they try to login to the same switch and now not even that works ( domain accounts ). there is a message in dis diag file saying " user not found ".

The radius password is hashed so i was wondering..is there a way where i can check if the radius password set on the switches is the correct one?

Not very familiarized with radius in general so feel free to advise/suggest some actions to investigate more.

p.s we have also other hp switches but with comware 7 on them which they have the same configuration/radius set up and everything works on them.
