Activate infosight for Simplivity 3.7.9

Hello All

we tried to activate Infosight as indicated in the doc https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=a00089726en_us but after restart vsphere-ui no modification on the Omniwatch part and the InfoSight does not activate in cluster configuration and nor in HPE Simplivity Federation / HPE Omniwatch

OmnistackVC Version: 3.7.9

VMware ESXi, 6.7.0, 13004448

vSphere Client version 6.7.0.20000

Has anyone ever encountered this problem?

Hi @DeclanOR

I followed the video and the doc procedure step by step. When restarting vsphere-ui in HPE omniwatch I do not have HPE Infosight Registration on vsphere HTML5 web client !

Is this still an issue for you? Depending on which OVC software version you use, the OmniWatch opt-in tab is located in a different place. The video will explain all variations.

which file are you talking about ?

FYI I still could not activate the infosight and that after several attempts

We plan to upgrade to Simplivity 3..7.10 soon on the infra to try to solve this problem and others concerning vsphere 6.7u1
