Simplivity ESXi nodes web login interface

Hello,

In my environment have 5 Simplivity ESXi nodes. All are installed with ESXi6.5. Recently I browse to the nodes individual ESXi web login page, only 1 node which is node2 have display the ESXi version and the hostname of the node. Other nodes just display NULL, Hostname NULL.

Any idea what happen and any troubleshooting to resolve this?

You will have to log a support case to go into more diagnosis.

Hi Shang83,

I would suggest that you contact VMware in relation to this issue as this is not related to Simplivity software.

If you open a SSH session to the ESXi host and run the following command the information should populate correctly on screen for you:

dcui

ESXi is failing to populate this information correctly in the GUI.
