    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had to stop and start the rest service to troubleshoot and can confirm that had no effect on running VMs. Can't say for the first two though.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
