Rename OVC

Hello to all,
I would like to change the ovc name because there was an ip change and the name is confusing. I did this before using the dsv-cfgdb-inject command but this isn’t available in the currently used version (4.0.1U1).
How can the name change be performed?

Hello @NZamp ,

You are correct, in order to change the OVC name a SQL inject is required as per the below KB article.

However, in order to excute a SQL inject, you will need to do so under the guidance of a support engineer. This is because of the high possibility of breaking the system if an incorrect inject is run . Please open a support case where the engineer can provide the inject script and run for you.

opened a support case and i got the needed command.

Name is changed and everything looks good so far.
