Can't deploy HPe simplivity

Hello, i have a problem with deploy our new simplivity hardware.

1) Deploy was stoped with error:
ERROR: Step 37 of 43: ERR_DPLY_VC_POWER_ON: A task error occured while powering on the virtual controller - error: powerOnVM task failed: Disconnected from virtual machine

2) Deploy can't restart - error:
Unable to get controller information from the REST server.
Please check the health of the HPE Omnistack Host and Virtual Controller

3) In vsphere i have 2 new nodes and omnistackVC.
Nodes online.
Omnistack not start.

What can i need to do in this situation?
How clean vsphere from last deploy and start new one?

If you want to clean and redeploy, you will have to re-image the nodes from the .iso and then run deploy manager

Hi Gser,

If the deployment is in existing cluster, you can restart svt-rest services on existing OVC's (non-disruptive) ; or a redeploy can be done with a fresh factory reset.

problem was solved:

1) Factory reset both hosts
2) Connect Direct links nodes instead of switch
3) use VLANs
4) Do not select stretched cluster
