      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello again,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can I use a single arbiter for multiple simplivity clusters that are in a single federation.&lt;BR /&gt;And if so could there be a conflict during upgrading of the clusters ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your advice is much appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
