      <description>&lt;P&gt;Let's look at the statement &lt;EM&gt;"You can select disk resiliency to allow Software Optimized platforms to sustain &lt;STRONG&gt;dual disk failures within the same disk group,&lt;/STRONG&gt; which is a key difference between Software Optimized and Hardware Accelerated HPE SimpliVity platforms."&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;Before you were able to lose one disk in a disk group. Now you can lose two. As I understand, you can upgrade an existing single disk to dual disk by redeploying. SimpliVity is able to do that partly because of moving to the software based Acceleration from the hardware TIA card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's provided through RAID6 and RAID 10ADM for 380G x6, x12 and x16 nodes (not x8). Implemented at deployment only, is optional and recommended for scenarios that would be more vulnerable to extended break/fix times i.e. dark sites, ships, rigs etc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
