Where does VCSA go for deployment?

I'm new to HPE Simplivity and HPE Deployment Manager. Seems like I need to install VCSA with HPE plugin before deploying the Omnistack hosts with HPE Deployment Manager, but where do I install VCSA if it requires the ESX/Omnistack hosts to be installed first?

you need a VCSA before you install Simplivity that means that you need to install it somewere

a temporary place.

and if you want migrate into Simplivity after you install it

plug in you can Install later
