      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am running the svt-arbiter-instance-set command to change the arbiter of a cluster.&amp;nbsp; When doing so, I get the following messager.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Additional Information:&lt;BR /&gt;ArbiterUnavailable&lt;BR /&gt;TException - service has thrown: TaskException(errorCode=124, extendedResponse=[ArbiterUnavailable])&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The address is the arbiter of another cluster and is up and running.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
