Recently, we are proposing an additional simplivity unit to our customer.

however
HPE Simplivity seems to have the old model (A type) and the current model (B type).

Products currently in use:

Q5V86A HPE SimpliVity 380 for 6000 Series Small Storage Kit
This was it.
If you look at the details, it consists of 5 units of 1.92TB.

I know that the model released these days is 1.92TB * 6ea.
Is it possible to expand the existing Simplicity model to 1.92TB * 6 models?

Existing 1.92TB * 5 (2 units) + New 1.92TB * 6 (1 unit) = Rapid DR

Is this configuration possible?

Is there a reason why the capacity varies?

Yes, the existing 1.92TB * 5 (2 Units) + New 1.92TB * 6 (1 Unit) configuration is possible.

Make sure you refer to the compatibility guides provided below.
