    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can not create a new vm, clone or backup on simplvity but all vm's are still running&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have 2 cluster vm, eventhoug I create a new vm on other cluster or other storage, still error with the message&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"unable to access file ds :///vmfs/volumes/dbd3f6xxxxxxxxxx&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;simplivity version is 3.7.3 and HPE gen9 and gen10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advice&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sarwo&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;It looks like you have problems accessing storage. I would start making sure your OVCs are fully functional and that the storage network is up and running. Make sure the datastores are mounted in both hosts and accessible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;Using putty to connect, from the OVC you could try the following commands:&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;`svtfs status` --&amp;gt; run it on both OVCs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;`ifconfig` --&amp;gt; Make sure "eth2" interface has an IP assigned.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;From the ESXi host run "esxcli storage nfs list".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;Have you also looked for hardware issues like failed disks? Try `svt-hardware-show`&lt;/P&gt;</description>
