Check current firmware versions

Hi guys,

I'm unable to find the current firmware versions for an HPE SimpliVity 380 Series 4000 of a customer of mine, the Monitor -> HPE Simplivity -> Hardware tab says N/A:

I need it in the format as required by the HPE SimpliVity Upgrade Planner tool (ex: SVTSP-2021_1201.02) any ideas?

Check out this link: http://www.hpe.com/storage/SimpliVitySoftwareReleases On this page you will find a link to the SVTSP. Once on the SVTSP page there is a version history tab where you can see older versions.

I think that if you connect Simplivity upgrade manager, it will get you the version.

I will give Simplivity upgrade manager a try: I'm unable to find it as a standalone application, where to download it?

Do you think that Simplivity upgrade manager is the only way to retrieve this information?

Yes, i think it's the only way.

The upgrade manager is downloadable on the hpe support site with the simplivity latest version : Q8A57-11193_HPE_SimpliVity_Upgrade_Package_5.1.0.zip
