    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.hpe.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1956151"&gt;@cheesi&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Where are you running upgrade manager from?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you certain that UM has connectivity to vCenter and all OVC's in the environment?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ports 22122, 443, 9190 need to be open from the machine you are running UM from.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Running UM from your vCenter (windows), or the arbiter VM is usually a good place to run from. (assuming they are succesfully communicating with the rest of the environment over the necessary ports)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;DeclanOR&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Upgrade Manager</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;has some one the same problem with the Upgrade Manager that it shows nothing in the current software version tab. I uploaded a screenshot as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have currently the version 3.7.6U1 installed and i want to move to 3.7.8.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I installed aswell the newest Arbiter and vCenter Plugin (3.7.8).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But i cant select any cluster or host.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me here out.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Cheesi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another quick check on how you are connecting to your vCenter appliance through UM, are you using a FQDN or the vCenter IP address? I have seen these issues previously when there may be issues connecting to the domain controller.
