Hi

It is best to do it on a cluster level there is no problem from Simplivity

point of view but enabling EVC is full downtime for the Cluster

Regards

Give a KUDO if this helps

Hello, I have a question about activate EVC.
We have a customer that have expanded their cluster with a new SimpliVity Node. But this node is a DL380 Gen11 (the old ones are DL380 Gen10) so we need to activate EVC.
Is there any prose and cones when it is coming to active EVC on Cluster lever compared to per VM or vice versa?
From a SimpliVity perspective.

Thinking if this could have an impacted on how IWO decisions are made etc.
