I would like to connect the HPE SN1610Q 32Gb on the HPE DL380 to the HPE MSA 2062 16Gb. Can I use the default transceiver of the HPE SN1610Q 32Gb, or I need to add a 16Gb transceiver for this connection?

I agree with @jack543's feedback. Default 32GB transceiver shipped with the FC HBA card should work with MSA 2060FC array. https://www.hpe.com/psnow/doc/c05205227.pdf?jumpid=in_pdp-psnow-qs

You may try connectivity before SPP update and then update it later if needed.
