Issues getting FOS upgrades & Software for Brocade switches

Hi All,

Does anyone else experience my pain of trying to access FOS upgrades for Brocae switches, SANNav and SAN Network Advisor?
I find it incredibly difficult to get this software (I have yet too!) in order to upgrade/install new FC switches at a client.

According to the new policy by broadcom you need to register your switch in your HPE profile, then select the firmware you need and you will re-directed to the Broadcom download portal. HPE is no longer allowed to store these files.

Thanks, Broadcom point you in the direction of HPE, but I did eventually manage to get the software. It's a mission nowdays to get the software for Brocade switches =(

sorry but the solution is not the solution, our switches are linked in HPe Portal, yes I can search for our Switches and the FOS to download, will be redirected to broadcom OEM Portal Side - and now starts the nightmare - I filled out the contact details calculated the funny robotcheck and submit the information - ends up in a endless loop. Now shows up information "Export Compliance Pending" - logbook day 3. So talked to our broadcom/brocade contact and they told us to open a ticket at OEM Partner, so opened a case at HPe Portal. Will see when I can download the FOS ...

Broadcom made the rules and disallowed HPE to host these files ...
