We’re also looking into the Q5 uplink port issue at our end but if no fault can be found on the switch or cabling.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Typically, determining the root cause of intermittent disconnections requires opening an HPE support case asking if we can determine what is going on from the Synergy perspective.&amp;nbsp; Downlinks are not directely associated with uplinks though, so it could be an OS driver configuration issue or maybe a protection is being triggered.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
