In our HPE synergy, we have one blade with 4610C card and another blade with 4820C card.

Old card 4610C is getting detected on Centos(8.2) and RockyLinux(9.2) but new card 4810C is not getting detected on both the VMs

As asked, I have collected the SOS reports on Centos(8.2) and RockyLinux(9.2) VM for both cards.

Please suggest does 4820 card support Cent OS 8.2 and Rocky Linux 9.2 if yes please do share document if no Please do share any relavent white paper or support matrix link

Regards

HPE provides management pack for those OS, ilOREST tool, ssacli, etc.

HPE supports offline firmware updates for those servers only (i.e. cannot run the SPP/SUM/SUT tools online).

HPE does not release driver updates for those distributions; you need to confirm with the open source communities that they have the drivers you require.

Any server that HPE has certified work with RHEL are pretty much known/expected to work with those OS.

You should confirm that the adapters you are expecting to work are supported by the Synergy SSP firmware bundle version you are applying (offline).

Can you clarify the server model type (Gen10/Gen10 Plus/Gen11) and check on the adapters? There is no 4810C, is that a typo? What specific Synergy SSP are you applying to that compute module?

2820C, 3820C, 4820C, 4610C, 6410C, 6810C, 6820C

Please be aware the HPESC and the download pages will not reflect the HPE policy of support that I have carefully outlined above.

As mentioned earlier, review the associated SSP version support compatibility for the adapters you have for offline firmware updates and pursue the open source community for drivers.
