HPE Synergy Aplliance Console - Maintenance mode "No ressource found"

When I connect to the frame and access the appliance console, it will ask me for an user. I then put in "maintenance" to perform a backup reset. Put once I pressed OK on the next page, it just crashes.

Any idea ?
