HPE Synergy Custom SPP 2019.03.20200324 was built and tested for RHEL 7.5 and 7.6.

If the drivers and firmware kits for RHEL 7.4 still happen to be in the kit from previous builds they are likely to still work but would not have been tested. They are unlikely to still be in there because the base ProLiant (2019.03) had already officially removed RHEL 7.4 support.
