i have a HP 830 and 430 APs and i have one SSID with remote forwarding and i want to disable the communication between the users on the same SSID how can i achieve this by controller?

There is a feature called user-isolation.

You can have a look at example 60 from this guide, the second part called "Configuring SSID-based user isolation"
