Cannot Add Service Controller after Recreate the CA using GSM

Hi,

MSM GSM CA certificate almost expiring.

Initially tried using GSM Recreate the CA but didn't work.

Delete the Service Controller and tried adding it back.

I get the following message

"Cannot login into the Service Controller.

Make sure that the HTTPS port settings match

on both the Service Controller and GMS

I made sure that under SOAP server, HTTPS is checked. Port and Settings both uses default 443 and 448.

All interfaces are checked for management. The MSM controller can ping the GSM no problem.

MSM controller/Switch time and GSM time are both within 3 seconds (Got this from HP Tech Support)

Any other idea? Help!!!
