      <title>MSM765 is gone ?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have two 8212zl, each with a MSM765 Controller. After installing licence on both controller as decribed in the manuals till to the command boot product.... after rebooting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;show &amp;nbsp;services on the swtich. no msm controller available on one of the switches.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;all LED's are green. Reboot swtich --&amp;gt; same issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;pull out the msm --&amp;gt; wait 1 min --&amp;gt; inserted again. --&amp;gt; same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is my problem releated to&amp;nbsp;a license issue ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the second msm works great..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Call HP ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the show services&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;show only the service module&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;E&amp;nbsp; 1&amp;nbsp; Services&amp;nbsp; zl module&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;instead of&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;E&amp;nbsp; 1&amp;nbsp; Services&amp;nbsp; zl module&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;E&amp;nbsp; 2&amp;nbsp; HP Procurve MSM 765zl Int Ctrl&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but the interface ports for the msm controller are shown as up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you have activation licenses for two MSM controllers, try to re-apply the license. If that doesn't work, it's time to call support indeed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Problem solved, i was wundered about the different prompts on services x 1 module.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the available commands were different to..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so, i reinstalled the os (from image on flash card). it thakes a few minutes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;reboot the product...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;everythings back online.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>
