Hi

I have to setup an MSM with two VSC's. The main internal wifi and guest wifi.

I have plugged a ADSL router running dhcp on the internet port and created a vsc and egress port. The Internet port does get an ip via the adsl router dhcp but when i connect to that SSID i only get dhcp from the internal LAN ip range. Even when assigning a static address on my wifi with the guest ip range I am unable to ping anything. The MSM is able to ping the adsl router.

The LAN port is connected to a 5412zl switch and untagged in the workstation VLAN. The LAN interface is assigned a static address in that vlan. This setup works fine for internal staff but not my Guest wifi.

The internet port has been activated under the "active devices"

What am I missing?

Are you using accesscontrol on the VSC? If so, you need to forward all dhcp messages to your router on the internet port or use the internal DHCP server and use NAT.
Really depends on the rest of your network topology
