hp procurve msm310 signal strenth problem

when i connect hp procurve msm310 the i get signal fliction

some time signal strength go to very good. and some time it go to very low.

i have restart the AP from MSM760 Controller lots of time but it is same

we have 160 msm310 AP but only 2 to 3 ap give that type of response

but when i brouse internet or check signal strenth with Vistumbler software it is quite stable.

no effect to internet .

i want to solve signal strength problem
