Re-assign IP-address after authentication through Captive Portal

Hello,

If a client is authenticated trough the captive portal (as a guest on a seperate, unrestricted SSID from the LAN), is it possible to re-assign the IP-address / move that client to another VLAN after the user has succesfully authenticated at the captive portal?

Situation sketch:

Client device gets IP from MSM --> Connects to Captive Portal ---> authentication succeeded -->Client is re-directed to a restricted VLAN with an (external/third party) DHCP server and thus gets an IP-address for that specific VLAN.
