Moving a MSM765 controller to a different switch

I currently have a MSM765 controller deployed in a 5406zl switch. I would like to re-deploy it in a newer 8206zl switch. Is there a set procedure for doing something like this? Do i need to uninstall the license and reinstall once I've moved it to the new switch or can I just move it from one switch to the other?

You can basically move it from one chassis to another. The module itself is licensed (not the chassis it goes in).

You will need to make sure the relevant VLANs are configured on the ports, along with any other settings

show run int c1-c2
show vlans port c1-c2 detail

I have done this many times between multiple lab and demo chassis.
