few clients getting the IP address from same management vlan

In my site few clients getting the IP address from same vlan where the AP's and Controller connected,even though i configured another vlan for the users and bind the the VSC properly.

Everything works perfectly but sometimes few devices still getting IP Address from same Management vlan where the AP's and Controller connected,why ?

Please help.

Are you using the controller DHCP server for both VSCs? Is it an Access-Controlled VSC?
