Problem Communication MSM 710 WLAN Controller 466 AP and WLAN Printer

Hello,

i hope someone can help.

We have got a MSM 710 Wireless Controller with 466 AP's.

Printer connected to the WLAN can not be pinged from LAN or from the WLAN Controller.

the Controller shows the Printer as Associated and the IP-Adress of the Printer but this IP can not be pinged from

the WLAN Controller or from any Switch in the LAN.

When the printer gets restartet, the printer is reachable for about 1hour and then the printer could not be pinged

from any device.

Did any of you had such a problem?

for everybody who has th same Issue.

in our Installation the 5Ghz Frequency was disabled because it was not needed.

When the 5Ghz was enabled everything worked fine.

you should verify your VSC settings (Under Virtual AP -> Allow traffic between: wireless clients).

Is your VSC Access-Controlled? Any Firewall? Are you using Client data tunnel?
