    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i hope someone can help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have got a MSM 710 Wireless Controller with 466 AP's.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Printer connected to the WLAN can not be pinged from LAN or from the WLAN Controller.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the Controller shows the Printer as Associated and the IP-Adress of the Printer but this IP can not be pinged from&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the WLAN Controller or from any Switch in the LAN.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When the printer gets restartet, the printer is reachable for about 1hour and&amp;nbsp;then the printer could not&amp;nbsp;be pinged&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;from any device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did any of you had such a problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;kind regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;for everybody who has th same Issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;in our Installation the 5Ghz Frequency was disabled because it was not needed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When the 5Ghz was enabled everything worked fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>you should verify your VSC settings (Under Virtual AP -&amp;gt; Allow traffic between: wireless clients).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is your VSC Access-Controlled? Any Firewall? Are you using Client data tunnel?</description>
