Hi All

I have some of the new MSM422 n AP's (the colubrius ones).

I am trying to support an environment of older a/b/g and newer n laptops. I have setup Radio 1 to n and Radio 2 to a/b/g. I have applied both radios to the VSC profile, however, the clients seem to only ever connect at 54mb (a/b/g) mode on Radio 2.

The clients are all Windows XP SP3. Is there some client settings I need to know to look for n first?

Thanks in advance.

P.S. This thread has been moved from Communications, Wireless (Legacy ITRC forum) to MSM Series. -HP Forum Moderator

I have done all this, but still don't succeed. Occasionally I get a connection to Radio 1 (at a rate higher than 54mb) but very rare. I thought it must be a client side setting which would tell it to try n over g in windows, however, I cant find such a setting.
